DELIVERY​

As each piece is made by hand to order please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you need something sooner for a birthday or special occasion, get in touch and I'll see what I can do to make your piece a bit more speedily.

Each order will be carefully packaged in a gift box, and posted inside a cardboard postage box which is fully recyclable.

This service aims to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days and worldwide within 5-7 working days.

If you're not happy with your purchase you can return it within 28 days for a full refund. Please get in touch as soon as you have made your decision and I will arrange the refund for you.

Unfortunately refunds are unavailable for bespoke pieces, commissions and personalised items.
